This year we had a great response rate for our survey and the results were outstanding. Our timely response to inquiries, customer service, and meeting performance expectations was amongst the top results we received from the survey. Tenants that provided improvement suggestions received a detailed action plan to outline what EFC Developments will do to address their recommendations. Our goal is to exceed expectations, and by asking for feedback and having ongoing communication, we hope to achieve that for all our clients.
One of our goals at EFC Developments is to leave a lasting positive impression with all our clients, whether it’s in the development, construction or facility maintenance world. Our goal is to enhance the overall functionality and efficiency of our client’s space, maximize their return on investment, as well as increase their level of comfort. Our annual tenant survey not only ensures we meet the needs of our clients, but also gives them an opportunity to share their recommendations on where we can improve our quality of service.
