EFC Developments is excited to announce its next upcoming project; a commercial development located at Nolan Hill in Calgary, AB. EFC Developments will be providing the preconstruction services, including estimating and cost control, scheduling and procurement. The two-storey commercial development will comprise of 24,283 sq.ft. of which 7,083 sq.ft will be allocated for professional offices, 10,010 sq.ft. for commercial and the remainder for general use.
The development is currently in the pre-construction/DP stage and it is anticipated that construction will start late spring 2019.
EFC Developments offers construction management services such as value engineering, budget, and subcontractor tendering.
